New knees, new me! 1st is the tear in my medial meniscus. 2nd is the "new" medial meniscus w/ tear removed and smoothed. 3rd is the tear in my lateral meniscus. 4th is the "new" lateral meniscus w/tear removed and smoothed. I'm ready! . @runinrabbit

I can't run, so I ride bikes. When I can't ride bikes, I swim. I'm swimming with a pull buoy because it hurts the knee to kick. When I started, I could do nearly 500m in 30 min. Now I'm pushing 1600m in 50 min. Hard work pays off. @runinrabbit #RADrabbit @dirtbagrunners

1st run of 2021 included my 1st 'yote sighting, 1st time on new trails, and my 1st run as a @dirtbagrunners ambassador. The coyote & I stopped, looked at each other. I gave him the right of way because I was running in his home. He let me be and we both went about our business.
