He wasn’t my motm yesterday but since he came back in Gavin Molloy has been quietly very solid. Milne and Morrison (who were both good yesterday) have had shakey moments in the last few months but Molloy has been consistently decent. Definitely benefits from the back 3 too

@afc1903mad @gus_tawse @RedsDht No disagreement from me but the only thing I'd say is we've guilty of not doing the basics this season and you can't get more basic than playing players in their natural positions, formations & systems. The basics are what we need to concentrate on these last 6 games

@Gogser @gus_tawse @RedsDht The counter argument is that Milne has shown he is counterproductive to the team So I’d rather give the opportunity / shoehorn an alternative option

@afc1903mad @gus_tawse @RedsDht I don't think Palaversa has the fight in him to play there, his distribution can be hit or miss like Milne's. KmK might be a shout but again we're shoehorning in an inexperienced player like Milne was, don't think we can afford to take that chance these next 6 games.

@ScottWisely5xo They suckered me in after the Livi game, thought we'd turned a corner showing what attack-minded football can give us. Quick free-flowing, not overthinking anything. Also proving they can play, not that we'd think that now!

@Gogser Yip. It’s frustrating tho as the Celtic game we played at home and even the Falkirk game we did show some signs of fight, we really really struggle away from home

@gus_tawse @RedsDht For me, it’s not just the starting players selected that’s the problem, but moreso the formation deployed It astounds me that managers think 5 at the back works It only works if we can get on the front foot and push the wingbacks forward Not with just 2 in the middle though

I live 10 minutes from Pittodrie, even with the team playing this shit I feel obligated to go. And of course I'll renew my season ticket too. Doesn't mean I don't hate everything about us at the moment though.

@andy_j1903 @JosephWhimster Is that not obstruction? The deceleration impeded Morrison getting to the ball, looked like he was more interested in stopping Morrison to initiate contact than playing the ball. Yogane was like Bambi on ice all game constantly going down with barely a touch

@SandSGAnderson @stooiewalker Clumsy in both prior games ... a walking red card. He started ok today but never looked comfortable. Milne has had an up and down season but I'd always want to see our player over a loanee especially a local young loon

@geeman909 @RedsDht @Reaps11 Didnt agree with dropping Milne for the bombscare but out of the wingers Topi was the right call to go 2 up top with Nisbet dropping deep. Leaving Devlin was right, might have been lambs to wolves throwing Lobban in mid game especially after Mitov selling him out in his last game

@RedsDht @Reaps11 Took him off to go 2 up front with a 4-3-2 and play through a part of the park which was a mud bath and players slipping all over the place. Couldn’t get the ball to the 2 up top. Devlin could hardly run and played the full game.

Most on here will know I’m not Leven’s biggest fan but I’m sure everyone will agree that’s on him today. What was he thinking dropping Milne and taking Morrison back in? We simply have to get a proper manager in ASAP.
