Several city and federal agencies participated to heighten the event. Fdny taught CPR, OEM Cert team taught how to make GO bags for emergencies and a local community group taught the kids how to fish and cast the rods.

This event was to foster better relationships with the community and also educate the kids on outdoor living.

3 years ago a detective from the 113th Pct organized a camping event in Baisley Pond Park for children living in shelters & transitional housing. This is from this year’s campout in the park.
