She has built her brand and reputation on being "unapologetic" in the worst way possible, clapping back at critics in a rather self-destructive manner. Two large dramas related to her worked against her... the one related to "streaming is easy" drama, and "won't engage with hardcore fan art" drama. On its surface, the start of the drama is really... mild, tame, a nothing burger. Then, instead of clarifying or hedging her take after people responded, highlighting the hypocrisy... she goes nuclear. Turning a small disagreement over the accuracy of language into a multi-day, massive drama that has led to the exposure of her "brand" to a lot of negative information that people have dug up. She needs to stop commenting on everything related to the drama and move on, but she keeps feeding that fire...
