Financial District - Caine Blvd. Nightwing's in the city tonight. Chatter states PD is trying to catch him because vigilantes are illegal, and he just keeps flipping and cartwheeling out of their grasps. The other birds are scoring his tricks from on top of a building

Update 3: Things appear to have been resolved. Blackfire has been arrested. All cult members, both willing and unwilling are currently being checked for injuries. One of the PD supervisors is chewing out the cops who got brainwashed.

Update 2: Batman and Black Bat have appeared on scene, and a fight has broken out. PD reports Blackfire has somehow coerced a few of their number to help attack Batman, so they've made the decision to fall back and make a perimeter

Update: So, it turns out Deacon Blackfire has reemerged from wherever he'd been hiding (rumors say Hell), and has once again formed a cult. It is not clear exactly what they're doing, other than a ritual. Because of course he is.

Gotham City Cemetery - once again, people are trapped in the cemetery after hours. The frantic callers are reporting someone is doing some sort of ritual with a group of people. Something tells me it's not just normal Gotham weirdness this time

Update: PD confirmed it really was the Joker, who has been knocked out. The man who knocked him out is currently being carried around on his adoring fan's shoulders. He seems to be enjoying himself. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

Gotham Square - annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Word on the street is that the Joker or someone dressed as the Joker tried crashing the parade. He was effectively knocked out by a drunk man pissed off someone was dressed as a clown. The crowd is cheering.

Otisburg - Starrow Grocery. Some guy decided to try to steal a bunch of meat by stuffing it down his pants. One of the responding officers stated: "Son, you need to think about your life choices."

The Cauldron - apartment on Bailey St. A woman is reporting a man somehow convinced her to let him into her apartment and has refused to leave. He's also gotten verbally abusive. She would like him gone.

The Cauldron - multiple reports are coming in of what's described as "some f-ing Batman look-a-like wielding a giant ass sword" fighting crime. A few callers report remembering the person from a few years ago pretending to be THE Batman and want him gone.

Burnside - residence on Chandler St. Caller reports she brought in an injured adult deer she found "nearby". The deer seems to have recovered enough to start wrecking her house, and she is now requesting help from Animal Control.

Spring is officially around the corner.  Why do I know? PD has had to look for a total of five separate naked people today in different parts of the city so far today. Apparently, the 50 degree weather was enough to warrant no clothes.

Chinatown - Cooke Ave. Big Belly Burger. A man decided to start a fight with a broom. I know what you're thinking, but no, he was fighting the broom. PD has separated the two.

Otisburg - the sewers underneath Hamill Ave. A worker reports being chased out of the sewers by Killer Croc, even after trying to explain he was there only for work. Since maintenance needs to be done, he's requested help/protection while he works.

Wayne Botanical Garden - multiple employees have reported someone dressed as a cat keeps sneaking in. No reports of theft or damage, but the person will meow when spotted and then run off. The employees would like the person gone.

East End - Gotham Opera House. No one is really sure how it happened, but Red Robin is currently arguing with the Riddler over a nuance of a riddle. Onlookers are convinced Batman is waiting in the wings, but they think he wants to see who wins before he acts

The Bowery - Bermejo Ave. We have reports coming in that a sink hole opened up on the street. First one of the year. 3 cars have been engulfed, but no human casualties. There is some concern there is some structural damage to a nearby building.

Burnside - residence on Algernon St. Caller states there are suspicious people prowling around his house. He also stated he's certified in the black arts and can do anything he wants before the cops show up. PD en route.

Financial District - The First National Bank of Gotham. Someone decided to steal an armored truck filled with money and is currently leading the PD on a merry chase around the district. Avoid the area if possible. No current word on who is driving

The Cauldron - O'Shaughnessy's Pub on Volczek St. An angry and drunk patrol is demanding PD on scene as someone has super-glued a sex toy to her car. Dispatch can't stop laughing.
