Over the coming days, I will be attending the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as an ambassador representing the Ronin Empire and the Axie Nation. As many of you know, I've been a vocal supporter of our incoming president for many years now, going all the way back to 2015/2016 when I volunteered for the campaign. This morning I attended a private policy briefing hosted by meet the future: mtf.tv featuring Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-Ind.), member of House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Currency and Fintech. I was honored to ask a question about the projected path of the administration's pro-crypto push and how they think about prioritizing between things like the strategic reserve, regulatory clarity, and making it sensible for crypto to be "made in America". My takeaways: • The pro-crypto push will likely come via a combination of both legislation and executive action • There is strong preference within Congress for one "big, beautiful" bill that addresses the key campaign pillars. I believe this bodes well for our space. Why? Because it suggests that many of the key campaign promises and priorities can be addressed at once. If they were to chop it up into multiple bills, then they could get distracted and bogged down. One of the things that many people in Crypto don't fully grasp right now is the strength of the mandate that President Trump and Congress have right now. Compared to 2016, it will be much easier to move quickly due to the much larger size of electoral victory. The American electoral system and government checks and balances is very-much like a crypto-economic system with a measure of decentralization built in. When an election is very close, the system is designed to prevent too much change. However, the election was a landslide and we can expect a much more nimble government that moves more quickly than any other we've seen in recent memeory. I am bullish on the administration. Hiring her made me 10x productive! My close friend has an EA from last 6 years. He has been pestering me for years to hire one but I was skeptical. Why? - I thought EAs were for late stage founders or corporate CEOs. - I had no bandwidth for more communication - I assumed they’d have limited skills, so why waste time? Turns out, my assumptions were wrong! I’ve been working with a virtual assistant for the past 4 weeks and I’ve never been more productive. •My calendar? Organized. Team follow-ups?
