Year 2 have had lots of fun making Easter cakes this afternoon! Yummy !

What an amazing experience for some of our Year 3/4 children last night!🐠We spent an exciting evening at the Sea Life Centre with our own exclusive tour, completed a treasure hunt and even slept in the underwater tunnel! An unforgettable adventure for everyone involved. 🌊🦈

Super impressed with these year 2 children today! They have worked really hard to solve multi step challenges in maths, working out the length of the string! Well done you superstars!

Year 5/6 have had a fantastic and creative morning designing and making their own pop-up Easter cards! There were lots of bright colours, imaginative ideas, and big smiles as their designs came to life. We hope you all have a relaxing Easter break!

This week, Year 6 enjoyed role-playing a phone call home to their Grandma in Jamaica, explaining what life was like in England after moving there to seek a better life. They are thoroughly enjoying our Windrush topic.

Great maths work today in Year 4 using place value counters to divide 1-digit numbers by 10! Fantastic understanding of decimals and fractions shown by everyone 👏

What progress! I am so proud of this Y1 super writer! It’s great to see his letter formation improve as well as his stamina for writing. What a star!!

Our Elder class have loved meeting Dolcie! Such kind, caring children showing warmth, curiosity, and beautiful manners- a joy to see!

Chestnut Class loved meeting Dolcie Dog today! 🐶 They were calm, patient, and showed such kindness while gently stroking her—what a lovely experience for everyone. 💛

A big thank you to all our parents for joining us at our EYFS Maths Easter workshop on Monday! 🐣 We loved exploring maths in Reception together and sharing some Easter fun along the way. 🌸

We are very proud of this superstar today, her writing has made so much progress and today she was awarded her handwriting pen licence, which she has worked so hard for! ⭐🖊️

What a strange morning in Year 3/4! Today we discovered mysterious metal parts scattered on the playground! Where did they come from? What could they be? Our young investigators have been busy making predictions and presenting their own news reports! Stay tuned for more clues!

Beech class have been thinking like geographers! They have been learning about map keys and they had lots of fun applying their knowledge when looking at maps from Twycross zoo and Drayton manor! 🗺️

Our tuck shop team were busy selling Comic Relief cakes this morning. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve had plenty of donations- what an incredible act of kindness from our whole community! ❤️👏
