I always love your write up Always precise and dope, and your knowledge is vast However,, there are "four statements" that are fallacies in the media space • Cristiano Ronaldo is arrogant but Lionel Messi is humble • Ronaldo chase records, Messi doesn't • Ronaldo cares about the rivalry, Messi doesn't • Ronaldo is hard work, Messi is talent All these four, they are lies!! Everything you said about Messi is good but it kinda paints Ronaldo as a selfish and a bad person First, I don't believe all these Portugal players don't regard Ronaldo I have followed football to a stage where I don't follow media noise There is competition amongst team mates. You played football and you know this An average European footballer has this perceived arrogant personality Ask Zinedine Zidane, ask Thierry Henry, ask Arjen Robben, ask Eden Hazard, ask some of the great European players, etc Second, before I judge someone, I sometimes check where they are from which are foundations to a lot of things In 2007, Ronaldo was asked who the best player in the history of football is He said; "Cristiano Ronaldo" He was 21 years and he hasn't even achieved anything In 2012, when Ronaldo was asked about the Ballon d'Or He said; "in Portugal, we don't act like we don't want something. We say it out the way we feel it. I want to win the Ballon d'Or" You have heard how Jose Mourinho speaks...... I think Nani once said he is as good as Ronaldo but Ronaldo was way more consistent. I can't remember how he put it again These are the Portuguese ways of speaking and actions. They don't hide it and it doesn't make them arrogant The Joao Neves interview, I didn't condemn him because of two things; First, he is young and might not have meant it the way the media portrayed it Second, it's the Portuguese way of speaking All these Ronaldo is chasing records, he reacts or doesn't talk to anyone if he doesn't score doesn't make him arrogant or selfish That's a personality trait and a way of dealing with disappointment Yes, maybe sometimes; He overdoes it or he should have done better, but then, is there anyone 100% perfect in character And it's not every game that he doesn't score that he won't talk to his teammates after the game He has played over 1000 games Dring the BBC/MSN era. The MSN said they use to share glasses of wine together Ronaldo said; He keeps a professional friendship with the BBC. They don't share wine, they come to work and go to their houses Does that make the BBC group worse than the MSN? Messi doesn't chase records.... Was it not the same Messi that messaged Pep Guardiola when Zlatan Ibrahimovic was making the headlines ahead of him in Barcelona And it led to Zlatan being marginalized from the team! Was it not the same Messi that said he was hurt when Ronaldo tied his Ballon d'Or awards? Was it not the same Messi that told Guillerm Ballague that he wants to outdo Cristiano So, you still think he doesn't chase records? Let me tell you today, Messi has eyes on 1000 career goals. If anyone tells you otherwise, it's a lie The Argentina team You see the Argentine team that became successful It's just because we don't give him his flowers. Lionel Scaloni was the reason why that team succeeded Before now, Argentina was individualistic but when Scaloni came, the first thing he did was break that individualism structure That was what the birth of whatever you see in the Argentina national team today Scaloni fostered unity, trust, friendliness, and loyalty among the Argentine players and that was the beginning of their greatness Once again, great write up but sometimes what the media paints are far from the truth Well done

You often wonder why Messi commands so much respect in the Argentine team and it “seems” Ronaldo doesn’t with the Portuguese team, this is primarily because Messi is a selfless person. He puts everyone and the team first. It’s never about him. He’s not concerned about the records, he wants to put everyone on. He cares about everyone. Lautaro Martinez was struggling one time to score goals, he was heavily criticised. Argentina had a penalty against Guatemala, I remember that game so much, Messi gave it to him. Lautaro later said in an interview that that gesture changed everything for him. He appreciated Messi publicly. MacAllister once gave us an idea of how much respect Messi commands. He said everyone joked with him and called him ginger hair in the Argentine squad but he didn’t like it, he said Messi told the guys not to call him that anymore, and nobody dared say it again. Just imagine that level of respect. Otamendi is close to retirement, and hadn’t scored in a long time for his country. Argentina played Zambia in April in a friendly match, they had a penalty, and Messi forced Otamendi to play it, it was a fun moment, the team was happy, this is what earns Messi respect. De Paul once said in an interview that Messi does not prioritise himself, but he prioritises the team. He said Messi is so humble, respectful and accessible. This is what a leader is. For someone who barely says anything, why does he command so much respect? Messi doesn’t go about telling them what he’s won in his career, no ego, he regards everyone, this is why they can die for him. So anytime you see everyone running for him, he didn’t have to remind them that he has carried them on their back before, so now they should carry him😭 Away from Argentina, who remembers when he got to Inter Miami, they gave him captaincy. When Inter Miami won their first trophy, it was time to lift the trophy, and Messi looked for Yedlin, gave him the captain band and they both lifted the trophy together. These are the things that earns you respect. Listen to every team mate Messi has played with, it’s the same thing. He respects everyone, does not think he’s better than anybody, never arrogant. Never for once had he said he’s the best player, not once. Isn’t it unbelievable that someone who has won everything in the game acts like a nobody, listen also to how David Beckham described him on STF. For everything I have said, please verify it. If I can, I’ll post some of these moments in the comments. In this video, Almada offered Messi his seat, but Messi turned it down and sat on the floor. The respect Almada has for him has tripled, that’s how you do it.

@Greenluuckk @__Oladele___ @Elkrosmediahub Tottenham played more champions league football than Arsenal during that 8 years despite the heavy spending. 1EPL in 20 years? That's shameful. You can however say now that you're beginning to get on the right track. But the previous years weren't actually good.

Football stats that seem unbelievable, but true: Arsenal’s most expensive sale is still the £35m transfer of Oxlade-Chamberlain to Liverpool in 2017. Mind you, they’ve sold players like Thierry Henry, Cesc Fabregas, and Robin Van Persie at the peak of their careers.

🚨 BREAKING: RB Leipzig turn down €100m proposal received from Liverpool for Yan Diomandé. RB Leipzig want more than €100m as still try to keep him — understand €120m could be the way… for now, based on WC performances too. Leipzig expect PSG and more clubs to join the race. €90m plus €10m from Liverpool not enough, as @philipphinze24 reported.

Arsenal isn't a serious club. Why will you go for Barcola among all the left wingers we've in Europe. That's a disgrace to Arsenal. We can't be having Madueke at the right and another Madueke at the left. We need a player that will come and be banging goals not the one that will be missing chances. I hope we come back to our senses.

🚨Arsenal are set to submit an opening offer to PSG for the signing of Bradley Barcola. The deal is expected to progress despite the player concentrating on the World Cup with France. Mikel Arteta wants the 23-year-old at Arsenal.

@__Oladele___ @Elkrosmediahub Chelsea has also been a badly run club over that same period A club can only justify a negative net spend with trophies and that's why Chelsea of Roman era and Man City were good clubs. Spend heavy win major trophies. Not spend heavy and brag with quarter final and 2nd place
