We could squash this thing with a test-treat/test-vaccinate strategy. Mass simultaneous deployment of vaccines and ivermectin. Drive thru or walk-in, rapid covid test, if negative, vaccine on the spot, if positive, 0.4mg/kg ivermectin on the spot, schedule vaccination in 120 days
