@fahey174school I agree that AI will be a heavily used tool by HR departments in the near future. They’re already using software to filter candidates by their résumé’s/CVs and information they put into the online application tool. This is the next step. #ci3342 #SocialMediaLearning

After looking at these stats, it seems people are split down the middle on whether or not to allow an AI the authority to decide an interview. It will be interesting to see this % in another 10 yrs. I believe AI will be at the forefront of HR. #ci3342 #SocialMediaLearning
