The problem I see is this 1) There is a family element to this, with a will being in play, given Steve is in his early 80s 2) There's police incompetence on 2 fronts - improper procedure in conducting an interview - failure to act on a report of assault

Legal Question from Victoria, Australia. If someone was facing 9 charges, however, they have them all dismissed due to police incompetence whereby they did not follow procedure properly, does the person who had their charges dismissed have any possible recourse?

Right now, Labor is gearing up to rip funding from the NDIS in the upcoming budget. There's always money for war but right when people are doing it the toughest, the NDIS and the people it supports are facing cuts.

Pete Zogoulas and Drew Pavlou caught fabricating evidence in NDIS fraud investigation. In the video, Pete opens a bin in an apartment as part of a sting operation he says an NDIS cleaner left full of tissues used to clean. But Pete faked the scene in a different apartment.
