Ok, so apparently the dummies in the back of the class need some help as their confirmation bias RE: the need to convict Trump os something...ANYTHING. And it doesn't matter for what. The SCOTUS today made clear that for all criminal charges, a unanimous jury decision was needed. So, in the case that Alvin Bragg prosecuted against him in NY, it will now be ultimately vacated even though they reached a unanimous decision. How so? Because the Judge gave them crazy, unconstitutional instructions before they deliberated by telling them that they didn't have to have a unanimous decision to find him guilty - and that will 100% represent a means to toss their decision as it would have prejudiced them regardless. And if that still doesn't make sense to you as to why this matters then you're an abject moron. And no, there are zero exceptions. Trump's conviction will be overturned now...it's only a matter of when and not if.
