2021 Gator Football Schedules

It wasn’t the outcome we were hoping for this weekend (4th out of 18 schools) at the State Lineman Challenge in Abilene, however, we are very proud of the hard work these boys have put in thus far during the summer!! Let’s keep grinding and get better!! #COLTSWIN

Summer Strength and Conditioning will start June 7th. We will go Monday-Thursday 9 - 11 a.m. 7th-12th grade. Please bring tennis shoes, cleats, and water every day! You will need an updated physical too! ⚽️ 🐎

The Gators football season gets underway next week. On Tuesday,October 6th, the Gators will take on Young at Martin High School. The 7th grade plays at 5:30 pm and the 8th grade follows at 7:15 pm. Come out and support the Gators! 🏈 🐊

First day of football practice on Monday September 14. Both 8th and 7th will practice from 4:30-6:15 pm. Get to Gunn early for check in so we can begin on time. See you tomorrow. Go Gators! 🐊🏈🐊🏆

Hey 7th grade Gators! We are going to have to cancel after school workouts today because of the storms supposed to hit around 4-5 pm. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate the rest of the week. Go Gators!🏈

The school district has canceled after school workouts for today, Monday August 31, since the THI is supposed to be over 105. We plan on working out the rest of the week. Go Gators! 🐊🐊

After school workouts begin on Monday at Short Elementary. You must have a physical on file and all your UIL paperwork completed to participate. This week workouts will be from 4:30-5:30 pm , Monday thru Thursday. 🏈🏈🐊

Hey Gator Football players. Make sure you go to your Canvas course next week starting on August 17. Check in everyday and take care of the things listed. After school conditioning workouts are slated to begin August 24 from 4:30-5:30 at Short Elementary. Go Gators! 🐊🏈🏈

Hey Gators! We will be collecting track gear and athletic shorts/t-shirts on the following dates and times in the GJH north parking lot. You may also retrieve items from your athletic locker. May 21 9-12 noon and 2-5 pm May 22 9-12 noon and 2-5 pm May 23. 10 am - 2 pm

Hey Gator athletes, we hope all Gators are safe and healthy at this time. This week while you are at home you can still get a workout in. 4 sets of 15 push ups 4 sets of 25 crunches If you have a safe place to run, get in a mile a day this week. Go Gators!
