Update: the petition to force registration on cyclists is still awaiting approval, but there are apparently thousands of people waiting to sign it. Cyclists must be held to account for the preposterous things they are doing.

Tournament is held in Europe every 8-12 years, due to this.
WR looks at other nations, with pre-existing infrastructure, to expand tournament to new markets (Japan 2019, USA 2031, etc.)
European RWCs support RWCs in Rest of World.

Rugby Unity Podcast, the Big Boss of our game admitted 90% of World Rugby income gets generated over 6-7 weeks of the Mens Rugby World Cup.
As a South African who will love to see a World Cup in SA, that is very bad news. We can't guarantee that type of Income without our Government getting involved. The latter can't, they are incapable.
Doubt New Zealand can hold it ever again as well.
Forget about Argentina.
Hosting a World Cup, limited to England (Home Nations incl Ireland), France, Japan, America, maybe Italy (close to a huge and 1st world market).

Dewi Lake to join Gloucester at end of season.
A product of the Ospreys development pathway, Lake has made 71 appearances for the Ospreys since making his debut for the club. Since then, Lake has gone on to make 26 appearances for Wales and captained the team on multiple occasions.
“My whole career to this point has been with this team and there have been so many special moments on the way. Coming through the pathway, making my debut, the first time I captained the side and the friendships I’ve forged with players and staff, will all live long in my memory for the rest of my life.

Jac Morgan to leave Ospreys at end of season.
Since making his debut for the club, Morgan has made 51 appearances for the Ospreys, made his Wales debut, was named captain for both club and country, and appeared on his first British and Irish Lions tour.

I already lost my Toronto Arrows due to tragedy.
It looks as though I will lose my beloved Ospreys due to stunning WRU incompetance.
If the Ospreys are forced to close, I doubt I'll ever support any Welsh team again.

The more real a potential shutdown of the Ospreys gets, the more I doubt I could even bring myself to support Wales men afterwards. The Union shutting down my team as a gamble because they think it **might** make that team better is bullshit it's hard to get over.

Can someone explain this to me:
- The WRU wants to cut 4 regions to 3.
- However, the WRU are contractually obligated to field 4 teams in the URC.
- The WRU have decided to use a semi-pro SRC team to replace the 4th region.
How does this make sense? The math ain't mathing!
