Conference #1 as President of the Georgia Association of Education Leaders is in the books. Certainly “Winter” GAEL was a fitting name with the weather. Our @gaelassoc staff did an excellent job with all the changes.

Thanks to my faculty that did a luncheon today for National Principal’s Month. Great food, random comments by teachers, and students having me autograph pictures from when I was younger. Thankful for my Bulldog family.

GAEL had a fantastic time celebrating PAGE’s 50th Anniversary at Zoo Atlanta last night! Happy Birthday to PAGE — we love being proud partners in education!

15 years ago I attended my first Summer @gaelassoc. I can not begin to describe how much all the connections I have made over the years through GAEL and @GASSP have meant to me. Looking forward to being a voice for education leaders state wide as GAEL President.

Honored to get to thank Governor Kemp for his support of education in Georgia at the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders Past Presidents dinner this evening.

Erin and I were privileged tonight to present the 13th Principal’s Scholarship. The Principal’s Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship funded each year by us. Congratulations to Kaylie Wolfe! Kaylie is headed to University of North Georgia to major in Graphic Design.
