Y6 have had a fabulous afternoon sewing Autumnal objects🌰🍂

We had a lovely end of Year 6 meal at Vesuvio this week!

Year 6 have been hard at work making money boxes in their D&T lessons.

Year 6 have worked so hard with their fund raising efforts baking cookies and cakes and making a lot of chocolate crispies! Well done!🧁🍪

Highlights from the last week of term.

For all their hard work, Year 6 got to enjoy eating their lunch in the glorious sunshine!

Year 6 planned a fantastic collective worship on the school field! The sun shone bright for us and everyone was singing.

We have been learning about the importance of trees - linking to climate change and the environment - and have made a difference by planting our very own trees on the school field! 🌳🌎

Year 6 had a special visitor: Paul the scientist (from HandsonScience)!!

We used biometrics to identify the culprit in the classroom!

We’ve focused on butterflies and camouflaged creatures: how they adapt to their environment. 🦋

Year 6 enjoyed learning about translations and the four quadrants.

Year 6 have had lots of fun in lessons this week! We’ve enjoyed looking at the characteristics and ordinate survey maps of Anglesey and Manchester. These activities brought back many fabulous memories of our residential trip in Holyhead!
