For the millionth time, he is apologizing publicly; I don’t know what people expect from him. He even agreed to meet with Jewish communities to discuss and apologize to them personally (some people were even asking for money).
In the past, many artists have done and said much worse things, yet we see them performing at concerts, and many of their works are in museums because they are considered “treasures”.
This man suffers from bipolar disorder, but since we are dealing with a controversial figure who has always said what he thought, people are now trying to deliver the final blow. Conveniently, everyone forgets about his illness; they even forget the issues Ye had with 'Nitrous' which further worsened his mental state. By canceling his concerts, you aren't creating problems for him, especially since artists are often paid before performing, but for those who bought tickets and often have to beg just to get a refund.
Accept the apology and move on, just as you have done with all other artists

- College Dropout brought back soul sampling to mainstream music
- Late Registration brought more natural sounding instruments to the genre
- 808s brought the use of heavy autotune to r&b/hip-hop in a new way
- Yeezus brought a raw and abrasive / industrial sound to music without sounding like pots and pans clanging
- The Life of Pablo made Listening Party events more mainstream and alongside the idea of no physical releases and the ability to change an album after release
- Ye brought the topic of mental health and vulnerability into writing inside the genre more
- JESUS IS KING & Donda brought gospel and religious themes into the genre in a way that if you’re not Christian you can still enjoy the music
