Deaf Awareness Week is to highlight the experiences, culture, and challenges faced by the Deaf community. It aims to raise public awareness about the importance of inclusivity, accessibility, and the value of sign language in bridging communication gaps.

National Walking Month It's an annual campaign promoting the benefits of walking for physical and mental health, as well as environmental awareness.

TURNING PAIN INTO PURPOSE. Our engagement officer Luke met with the team at the @susanvickersfoundation to get an understanding of the brilliant work they do and also to offer our own services too.

What a wonderful day we had! We visited the lovely ladies at RMC last Friday and heard about their experiences with the healthcare system in Wolverhampton. We ended the day with a laughter yoga session which left all beaming with smiles and feeling uplifted.

INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY We had the pleasure of teaming up with EMC putting on a fitness & wellbeing session for some inspirational ladies who live in Wolverhampton. The day was filled of talks of happiness, laughter, inspirational poem's, dancing and talks of a nutritional diet.
