@duthiemar Hello Donna, we don't have set dates for when stock is coming in as that would give us as advisers at an advantage over our customers. @msloobylou A customer has also put The ring needs turned until you get to a part opposite the pinned opening, which then opens fairly easily. - Lorraine

@DanKelly72 @HabitatHelp Oh Danny, this is so kind. BUT I've got a man in doing something else and he's concluded it's just bad design - there's no way the bulb can sit in the middle of it, it has to come out the bottom. Going to take it back to the shop!
