@Supersonic_OG @RinoTheBouncer Exactly. I love open-worlds. I imagine that whoever will play Crimson Desert falls within my circle. I will listen to them. But more likely to buy it and play it directly.
English

@Hackatao @RinoTheBouncer Then that person has a biased opinion because they only love platformers
English

@Supersonic_OG @RinoTheBouncer But if I read the opinions of someone who loves platform games and is NOT interested in open-worlds, what do I get out of it?
English

@Hackatao @RinoTheBouncer But you said better to see opinions from fans of the game. They aren’t going to tell you anything bad. You’d be better off seeing opinions from people with a neutral stance. Who neither care or don’t care about the game
English

@Supersonic_OG @RinoTheBouncer yes, if you like something, you're biased and that's fine.
English

@Hackatao @RinoTheBouncer “Fans of the game”. So biased opinions
English

@AlexTownley227 @RinoTheBouncer oh no, I didn't mean to imply that. Live peacefully.
English

@Hackatao @RinoTheBouncer Congratulations you’re 19 years older that doesn’t make you better than me lol.
English

@AlexTownley227 @RinoTheBouncer yep! I started playing video games when I was 11 years old, now I'm over 50... I've seen things...
English

@Hackatao @RinoTheBouncer I’ve literally been gaming since I was 6 years old and got a hand me down Super Nintendo

Main reasons to be bullish Europe:

3. Business-friendly regulations
4. World leader in AI innovation
5. Thriving startup culture
6. Strongest army in the world
7. Energy independence
8. True freedom of speech
But sure, tell me again how America is better

With Mars in Aries, I’m attracted to war. I’m passionate about studying it, and I’m fascinated by weapons and armor, especially medieval ones, WWI and WWII.
I enjoy analyzing battle strategies and historical contexts. I love strategy video games [the Total War series], movies, and books on this subject. And as I study all of this, I find wars to be the pinnacle of human stupidity.
Essentially, a handful of privileged people push a multitude of men to kill other poor souls based on rhetoric as old as the world itself. It always strikes me as strange that this multitude falls for it and goes to risk their lives [their only lives, for the interests of those few]. If you’re young and they’re indoctrinating you to push you into fighting, think it through carefully… in 99% of cases, it’s not worth it. You might ask, what about the struggles for freedom against oppressors and invaders?
I don’t know... for me, my survival and that of my "progeny" is more important, no matter where I live. The world is vast, and when war breaks out, you can always find a peaceful place. There’s always an escape route and an alternative.
The important thing is not to let yourself be led by those who want to lead you to the meat grinder.

DLSS 5. Neural rendering that infuses AI photorealism into pixels, bridging rendering and reality.
But why do we obsessively chase "reality" in video games? The surreal, deformed, dreamlike, pixelated, doesn't imitate the world: it reinvents it.
A low-poly texture or a glitch doesn't lie; it invites the eye to complete it, to dream. Extreme photorealism risks trapping us in Plato's cave 5.1: perfect shadows, but soulless. True art (and gaming) is born from limits, not infinite upscaling.
Pixel art reminds us: fewer details = more space for the unconscious. If I need the real world, I step outside. If I want a fantastical one... I close my eyes. If I just want some escapism, a well-made game is enough. Or a Book [my brain renders words much better then graphic card]
