La cooperazione italiana sostiene la trasformazione digitale e l'imprenditoria giovanile in Vietnam. Nella giornata di ieri ad Hanoi è stato ufficialmente avviato "YOU COOL". Un progetto finanziato dall'Unione Europea e realizzato da Legacoop in collaborazione con la Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA).
