How about we encourage WSL clubs to trust the Tier 3 environments more with the few WSL academy players who are able to make the step up ? Are we here to fight for promotion to Elite football or facilitate/ produce a platform for Elite players from WSL to develop ?

Strength & Conditioning Analyst First Team Coach Physiotherapist These are part-time paid roles working Tuesday - Friday mornings and Sunday matchdays.
