4 fellowships of €30,000 each are awarded to outstanding women researchers in Life Sciences & STEM disciplines. PhD holders with 3 - 10 years postdoc experience in the Life Sciences or STEM fields with a contract at a Dutch university or research institute are eligible to apply.

The Women Professors Monitor 2024 shows that the proportion of women, particularly in higher academic positions, continues to decline notably with each stage of the academic career ladder. End of 2023, the average percentage of women professors at Dutch universities is 28,7%.
