The run will be 7-8Km of Beitou hills, great scenery, views, runnable trails and agriculture and a smattering of volcanism.

Walk the 50 meters to Shifu Road, cross and you're at the start. Drivers: There's parking directly below the park where we're starting. Entrance on SungGao Rd, SungShou Rd, or Keelung Rd.

Take the Blue line MRT to Taipei City Hall Station. Take the exit leading towards Taipei City Hall. Walk through the food court towards the City Hall exit (it doesn't have an exit number but you will pass Exit 1). Exit the long tunnel just beside City Hall..

Several buses also stop at the Zhongxiao United Daily News station. Walk along Keelung road towards Taipei City Hall, cross SungGao road to the start.

The 612 bus stops directly in from of the start on Shifu road. The 263, 279, 651, and several other buses stop at the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall stop on Renai Road. Then cross the street to the start.

The Red Dress Run (#2427) This year we will be supporting Harmony House Foundation which is a great institution which has been helping people live with HIV/AIDS since 1986. They actually have 4 locations around Taiwan. We will be donating to the Nangang location.
