Self funded indie teams with this kind of success are rare, and like any team, they’re not perfect, but I do believe theyre building with the best of intentions. Honestly the content possibilities with @RavenQuestGame are ENDLESS. The other night I am just minding my own business walking my moa & BOOM. Here’s why @RavenQuestGame is one of the best MMOs I’ve ever played and by far the best and most complete web3 game: A LOT of good content: your choices in dialogue matter, leading to unique items or maybe just silver. Challenging mechanics: group coordination is key. Even at lower levels, I’ve seen many groups struggling with Shark Boss & Adamastor. No hand-holding: making mistakes will cost you. There are also hidden areas & storylines that many players will completely miss. A well-crafted, player-driven economy and professions system. RIVALRIES!: PvP, naval battles, world PvP, and tradepack risks create true MMO community dynamics. Having a strong community in MMOs is the most important thing for a game, it’s something WoW lost more than 10 years ago and other MMOs, like New World, never even had. I’m really impressed with the RavenQuest team for creating an MMO with a "soul". One of the oldest Gamers sayings is "Gameplay > Graphics" and for a good reason. Cons: Some people dislike the perspective, but I don’t mind it. In-game chat needs improvements to boost player interaction, this would strengthen the community even more. Conclusion: Ravenquest feels like what MMOs should be!
