@dominikymd I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. When a claim is made on a policy and the policy is cancelled mid term the remaining premium is due as the insurer has paid out for a claim. However I realise this does not make the situation any less frustrating for you. Thanks, The SMT

Utterly unethical behaviour from @Healthy_Pets Insurance. We sadly had our cat put down and yet the rest of the annual premium was deducted from the payout, even though there is no insurable risk. Profiteering at its worst.
