Mohammed Hadid was born in Nazareth in November 1948, it was already part of the State of Israel. His father chose to leave months later because they didn’t want to live in Israel where Jews are equals, per the 1989 article “Who is Mohamed Hadid”. Not a Palestinian refugee.
