GUYS NIGHT!!! Tonight at High Point Downtown Macke Fitness will be offering a rad climbing workout to PUMP 👏 YOU UP! This event is free for members and day pass users. Guys day passes are only $10 after 6:00.

The water main broke, so High Point Downtown is closing for the day. Our Riverside location is still open though!

Ladies Night is this Thursday 6:00-9:00! Bring your sending sisters for a climbing fitness session with Macke Fitness. Bethany Macke will be leading a pop up core class and 1-on-1 excercise technique assessment.
