Early success in PT isn’t about speed or perfection. It’s about support, engagement, growth, and clarity in your first 3–6 months. That’s not extra. That’s the baseline.

30-min vs 40-min visits. 1:1 care vs something else. PT debates the “right” model a lot but there is no perfect one. If there were, everyone would use it. Visit length is how care happens, not why PTs show up. Purpose > process.
