@HofstraPride The Brodlieb Family Sports Performance Center is a 3,500-square foot strength & conditioning facility that was renovated in 2023. This facility serves the basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, field hockey & golf teams and was made possible thanks to Ken & Andrea Brodlieb!

Hofstra Athletics collaborates with the Department of Allied Health and Kinesiology for a research study led by Dr. Jamie Ghigiarelli, professor department chair in our school. Monitoring lower body neuromuscular fatigue using the rebound jump test!

Hofstra’s up 20 on USF only a dozen minutes into the game. The American is a mid-major conference. Hofstra is an ELITE mid-major program.
