Your work 5 years ago is just as good as your work now you know. You were doing your very best with the knowledge and experience then, and you're doing that today as well. Your suit quality back then sparked joy and inspiration and im sure that hasn't changed. Just because your best back then doesn't match your best now doesn't mean you tried less or that you did poor work. It means you had a lot to learn. And you learned it. Keep going 🩷

@KupferBeast Nimbus is going to be a challenge suit for me one day. Gradients will be made fursuit friendly.

Realizing I haven't posted in about a month. Have had a lot of life changes and have been having a little post con maker break.

This fox had an amazing time debuting at IFC this year. I made my new paw pattern for this suit and also custom lined this head. I hope his owner has as much fun wearing him as I did making him!

I just realized most of you don't know what I look like. I'm not keen on posting my face on here, but I do have this badge on me.

We leave for IFC in a few days. Will be getting some solid pictures of this partial that will be debuting at the con! I can't wait to see this suit enjoyed to the fullest. I will personally not be suiting at the con, but if you see me, don't be afraid to say hi!

@anarchywo1f What I don't want to see people doing is bullying others for getting and modifying one. That's not cool and people can do what they want. I'm not gonna say I'm happy about their existence, moreso skeptical.

@anarchywo1f Do I think it is going to impact the maker market? Not really. But there are a lot of newer makers with premades on the dealers den for the same cost that are trying to break into the market. Should they be paid more? Yes. But why not support them by buying their suit instead?

Mass production of fursuits is BAD. u DO NOT want furry to become mainstream. I shouldn’t have to explain why. The masks are a cheap mockery of hand crafted works of art- an insult to our industry. Get creative, make ur own. They are using our community as a cash grab.

What if a bunch of fursuit makers all made a suit of the same species every year? For example: Everyone votes and agrees on ONE species, we all have a year to complete our suits, and then everyone debuts their suits TOGETHER at Anthrocon AND online 💕 is this too insane 👁️👁️

@Reddark_ish I have to correct the model of my Andis. It is an AGC-2.

@Reddark_ish Sharp blades are super important and they can dull quickly with faux fur. Bogging with hair usually means they're not cutting and dull. I have both an Oster A5 and Andis AG2C. Both give good shaves jobs but the Oster is heavier in my hand and vibrates more. My Andis is my go-to.

Fursuit makers , I need suggestions for nice fur shavers 🥺🙏 I’ve used multiple brands / pairs of pet fur clippers but they all suck. They either make super choppy shave jobs , or get too clogged up with the density of fur and don’t cut at all HELPPP !!!
