Rather than @buckscouncil seeing through resolution of the issue, by contacting whoever IS responsible for dealing with it, they reply asking you to send the same information elsewhere instead of doing it themselves. Just useless. Not good enough.

Remarkable, not in a good way, that @BucksCouncil staff have absolved themselves of removing abandoned shopping trolleys from our streets. Complete failure of civil SERVANTS to provide a service to Council Tax payers !
