i booked a hotel in brooklyn and made sure it was an ADA room. when i got there i noticed there was no shower chair so i called down to ask them to bring one up. the lady at the front desk proceeds to tell me they do not own shower chairs. so i politely asks her —

@HotelRL What is with your company and not getting back to anybody and not being able to reach anyone. We have 20 to 25 rooms booked in Baltimore and no one can reach out to any of us. Numbers are hidden, Manager names are hidden but you can take our credit card information and our names?

@HotelRL I’m extremely unhappy with your Ft Walton location! Was forced to cancel reservation due to positive Covid test and was charged for 1 night stay since it was not within your 48 hr cancellation policy. I’m sick and quarantined and being punished for doing the right thing.
