State universities are funded by taxpayers in order to give others access to quality education. Leave it to those who want to pursue their education without constantly worrying about their financial situation. Get that through your thick skull.
The "burgis sa UP" discourse has been going on for years yet some people still don't understand why many are upset about it. If you can afford to enroll in private universities, do so. Education should be accessible.
