Deep analysis on Johan Manzambi and why he would fit Bayern Munich perfectly 📖 Johan Manzambi is a central midfielder from Switzerland born in October 2005. He mainly covers the left central midfield position but drops to an inverted left back position whenever Freiburg attacks. For Bayern, this would allow Davies to stay extremely attacking. (Heatmap in the 1st picture) The Swiss international is one of the best ball carriers in the world. Simple, but fast dribblings are one of his biggest strengths. His intelligence in duels is outstanding. Freiburg have a similar high line like Bayern. Manzambi is already used to run a lot. (Comparison in the 2nd picture) He’s very passionate and from what I’ve seen (see my previous tweets) he is a big Bayern fan too. He proved himself on the big stage. His outstanding performance against Bayern in the Allianz Arena caught the eyes of some of our fans. The fact that he is the most versatile player that I have ever seen is why he is appreciated by Kompany. Johan Manzambi played on the wings and as a striker for the national team, as a 6 and 8 for Freiburg and started his career on the 10. He brings no significant weaknesses. His finishing is great and he is currently on a good run, scoring in his last three Bundesliga games. A header against Bayern shows his strength in the air (182cm). He is also incredibly important to win the long balls as he wins a lot of his aerial duels. In the national teams WC qualifiers (where he played as a winger), he has the most successful dribblings ahead of Jeremy Doku etc. He also loves to take shots and his intelligence and anticipation in 1-2 attempts is impressive. Scouting wise (considering all possible attributes for a player) he’s the best CM in the league (3rd picture) and the second best defensive midfielder (4th picture) after his potentially future partner Kimmich. I have rarely seen a player like Manzambi, he’s a generational talent. I’m following him since about two years now, I was rarely this impressed by a player. Thanks for reading ❤️

@footballfa46099 die Minuten gestern waren aber auch nur 10 späte Minuten in einem entschiedenen Spiel gegen super defensive Gegner, noch kann man kaum was zu seiner Position sagen tbh

@HrtNico Ich sehe ihn tatsächlich stand jetzt aber überhaupt nicht auf der 6. Die Pressingresistenz hat der sicherlich, und klar es war sein Debüt, aber er scheint alles andere als ein Spielgestalter zu sein und seine Pässe waren eigentlich ausschließlich nicht progressiv.

The perfect profile for Kompany from what I have seen so far. Try Bara at right back once at least. This is exactly the kind of players Kompany wants, some squad players who can fill many gaps, that’s why I can really well imagine a move for Manzambi or Castrop. 🙂‍↕️
