Societal dimensions (e.g. test fairness issues) and psychological aspects (e.g. individuals, accepted on the premises of post test-prep IELTS scores, achieving less than what they are capable of because of limited langauge proficiency) should also be recognised and explored.

My paper on test preparation and repeated test taking just got accepted for presentation at #ALTE2020 Mardrid. This will be my first time attending (and presenting) at the ALTE conference (and my first time visiting Mardrid). Cannot wait! 🤩

@RevolutApp Hi, when I try to initiate a new chat, a notice from revolut comes out concerning employee never asking for PIN and then when I press got it, I was forced back to the How can we help page. Simply have no idea why this is happening.
