Little unsolicited ham tip: Pour sugar on your ham as a “grit” before your glaze—like salt on a frosty road, it gives the glaze something to hold onto. Sugar it, then 10 mins in the oven as is , THEN glaze it. No expensive glaze wasted on the bottom of a burnt tray!
