The All-American Rejects are going on a “House Party” Tour, where you can sign up at the link in their Instagram to have them play at a house party in your city.
The combination of 1) leaning into nostalgia and 2) going direct to fans makes for one of the best marketing strategies I’ve seen in a while.

Resonance #2 and another fantastic main event in the Lakeside Hotel.
Left feeling inspired after some great talks from Evelyn Cusack, John Lonergan, Sarah Hourigan, David Speed and Jeremiah Gogo.
Well done again @emilyross, Steve and Carmel.
Looking forward to next year.

@ECOSenvironment I'm not sure I can stomach another Munster Final loss to Limerick. 🙈

@hurleybrian1991 My condolences. That wasn't an easy watch. And you had to sit with 35 odd thousand Cork fans in THURLES. That's a tough day.
Sending LOVE! 😂😂😂

@emilyross Sorry to hear about your Dad, Emily. Wishing him a speedy recovery. 🙏❤️

Limerick's University Hospital has made headlines quite a bit this year, mostly for their trolley numbers. This bank holiday weekend my dad arrived there by ambulance, having had a stroke.
And yes, he was on a trolley, for the first night.
My dad is 82 years old.
However.
The fact he was on a trolley did not impact on the level of care that he was given. His care was incredibly fast, it was comprehensive and it was excellent. CT scans, blood tests and immediate stroke assessment. And as soon as there was space, he was moved into a cubicle in the AMU.
He's still in the acute medical unit, which is spotlessly clean and very well run. He's very impressed with the menu!
The staff at UHL are from all over the world, from Tipperary to Timbuktu and from the bottom of my heart I am grateful to everyone working there, who are taking such good care of him, and despite how busy there are still take a minute here and there to smile and chat. (My dad loves to chat!)
Lots more tests tomorrow. His faculties are good, we're hoping it was just a minor stroke. For now it has impacted his vision and balance, but that with OT support he can make an excellent recovery.
Elderly parents are a difficult reality for people my age but also a privilege. It's something that we can and should plan and prepare for.
Thank you to all the folks at @ULHospitals and #TeamULHG.
