@TJWalkerRadio @cchryno 0% Jon Sumrall would come to UK. Also Vanderbilt has been good the last two season because they hit with Pavia. If they hadn’t, they wouldn’t have been any good. Why does everyone make it seem like they are going to this elite of program for the next 10 years? I don’t think so

It’s amazing how many folks are already resigned to another mediocre Mark Stoops season in 2026. Why are we doing that? He won one Power Five home game in 2025. He’s won one P5 home game since October 2023. UK's recruiting is awful, barely hovering in the top 15 of a 16 team SEC. Bottom-3 SEC passing in 9 of 11 seasons Bottom-3 SEC scoring in 8 of 11 seasons Fewer than five SEC wins over teams with winning records 0–13 vs. Georgia Passed by Vandy, USC, Mizzou, and every "SEC" rival. If Stoops beats UofL Barnhart isn’t paying $38 million to fire a bowl-eligible coach. I get it. But nobody should pretend Stoops is turning this around. Recruiting is bleak, another portal rebuild looms, and nothing suggests 2026 will be any different. He risks wasting Boley. If Kentucky closes at 5–7 again, it’s beyond time to rip the band-aid off and bring real momentum to the program. If Indiana and Vanderbilt can compete for the CFP (and more) so can UK with the right coach. And that's not Mark Stoops, and hasn't been for years.

I have been a fan of @KySportsRadio since the very beginning of the show. Have listened every week since the end of the Rich Brooks era. But after listening to today’s show I feel like they have lost touch with this fanbase. An overwhelming majority are ready for a coaching change now and not pressing a coach who says it’s only been “one bad year” after three years of disappointment is a mistake imo. 🤷‍♂️
