#WorldDownSyndromeDay AEF0217 : The first patient first visits in our Phase 2B clinical trial were completed in December 2025, marking the successful operational launch of the study. Today, screening and recruitment are actively underway across participating centres in Europe.

Now in @NatureNeuro! Thanks to a big collaborative effort, we have created a new tool to enhance mitochondrial function using DREADDS. This results in increased oxygen consumption and rescues cognitive deficits in cannabinoid- treated mice, and in Alzheimer and dementia models!
