Our CEO @MistrySabah recently inaugurated the Accessibility Lab at National Law University Odisha. For decades, Indian legal education has asked students with disabilities to adapt to a system not built for them. At IDIA, we decided the system had to adapt instead. This lab equips students with disabilities with infrastructure like the braile printer, translation software, screen reading software and pearl camera. Resources that allow them to access the same textbooks, same tools and opportunities as their peers. From day one, Aakash showed up with intent and didn’t slow down. Since joining IDIA in 2024 as a first-year student, he has been consistently proactive, working closely with the Rajasthan Chapter to expand outreach in Udaipur and Pali. Through multiple Law for All sessions and relentless effort, he has helped the team connect with 1500+ students in just a year.
