Wemby ain’t done shit yet. No adversity, no playoffs, no hurdles, no haters. Just drafted to one of most prestigious franchises, handed some elite teammates, told to spend his rookie yr jacking threes. Now his first year in competitive run at 22 yrs old they want to hand him MVP, even tho his offensive numbers are significantly lacking compared to the field, came off the bench for a quarter of the season, doesn’t eclipse 30 mpg, on a team w a .667% winning % w/o him. No way do I want to see him win an MVP yet, let’s see some damn blood first at least

I was at that Grizzlies game and you can't stat watch with Wemby. That dude was literally being triple teamed at times. He made the right play on every single possession even if it didn't show up on the stat sheet.

Luka will never win an MVP and that’s good for the sport. The anti-Wemby arguments don’t even help Luka because if you think offense is so important, then you would be campaigning for a Jokic MVP and not a Luka one.
