My brother & I were just talking about this - love how the amount of powers she has doesn't shift according to what the plot needs at the time. Remind us of Klaus in TVD/TO. Overpowered character whose vulnerability is psychological, restrained by their emotions & bonds w others.

i rlly like how the drama never tones down he simu’s power. she’s strong not only when it’s convenient for the plot but she's powerful consistently, unapologetically. even when emotions, relationships or circumstances come into play, the story never reduces her.
