@NavleenSpeaks You don't pay tax on the amount transferred to sodexo and nps.. So to put it in simple terms it's 30% discount upfront.

Guys office is asking if we want money in our Sodexo card as it was discarded after we picked New Tax Scheme, but now it is non taxable there. Also, they are asking if we want to put anything in NPS, What would you suggest for both ? I mean should I create NPS account and should I get money in Sodexo card ?

@HAX_u_ANYTIME @Daksh_k1 You can't simply walkin without a HK VISA from Macau. Also if you have a single entry visa and cross to Macau form HK then also they won't let you back in HK.

Does anyone know what to do if Pre-arrival for hong Kong is rejected ( ps it's mine and I have travel history to 3 continents 🫠) Ps:- my passport place of issue is Chandigarh and place of birth is Punjab but I put my residence address in the US🫠

A frustrated Imperia Customer of HDFC Bank 😡 @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares HDFC Bank’s branch people take customers for a ride. My wife applied for her bank account closure at “Ganapati Tower, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101 branch” on 7th March 2026. She submitted all the forms and required documents for account closure. But till now, after more than a month, the account is still active. When we went to the branch last Saturday (4th April) to follow up, the branch guy shamelessly said, “sir, ho jaega don’t worry.” Even today, it has not been closed. 👉This is the situation of the service level when we both are Imperia customers. In fact, HDFC Bank’s Imperia banking is nothing short of a joke. I and my wife have been Imperia customers for years, but haven’t seen any material benefit except a free debit card, which was anyway available even when I was a Classic customer. 👉The other important Imperia Benefit - A free locker: It has been almost 2 years since we requested for one, and the answer is always that it’s not available. If a new customer would come with an Imperia kind of relationship, they would readily make it available probably. 👉The Relationship Manager: The so-called Relationship Managers are more useless than anything else in the banking industry. Their knowledge about their own products and ongoing changes is poorer than their common customers. Yesterday, when I asked her about the email I received to spend Rs. 3 lakhs using Infinia in March–April, she was completely unaware of such widely sent mails. Her response was, “aise mail bhejti rehti hai bank, aapne kam kharch kiya hoga,” and immediately she asked, “sir aapko loan chahiye, kuch invest karna hai?” 🤬😡. The RMs are our personal spam sales caller, nothing more. If given an option, I would opt out of RM completely. I am better off without them. Because of the RM, I am unable to connect with HDFC Bank’s knowledgeable customer care during working hours. The call gets routed to the RM, and the standard response is “your RM is busy, you will get a callback in 1 hour.” After that, the RM would call with such a short ring that the call gets disconnected before I can even pick it up, and then no attempt is call again from their side. If I call back, the same loop repeats that RM is busy and will call back. 👉I have requested HDFC in writing through email multiple times in the last 6 months to change my RM. Twice they called and connected me with a new RM, but in my net banking it still shows the same old RM details. And every day I get an email saying my RM (old one) tried reaching me. I have been getting this email every day without fail for the last 4–5 months, while in reality no one has called me. Despite multiple written complaints about this, they are unable to stop even this simple system-generated email. With this level of terrible service to Imperia customers, they shamelessly send emails asking to increase TRV or face downgrade from Imperia banking, as if I am getting any great benefits out of it. I was just wondering whether I should request them to move my account status below Classic, at least there will be no RM. Anyways, I have already started the process to move my primary banking to HSBC Premier, which is offering much better overall benefits, a lifetime free Premier Credit Card for account holders, and hopefully far better service for a Rs. 50 lakhs TRV including demat holdings, as against Rs. 50 lakhs TRV only in savings/current/FDs asked by HDFC for Infinia.

@ImAnoopP @dealztrendz @Lenskart_com My Old Frame from Lenskart got broken 4 months ago, when I visited lenskart to give for repair and Applying already bought a voucher 199 ₹ which covers blu cut but it seems that they've changed the plan! Hence they gave me only anti - glare lens!

@IndianOilcl Booked cylinder refil on 2nd March26 and marked delivered on 5th March26 however cylinder is not delivered till date even after raising the issue multiple times with the distributor, and compliant raised are marked resolved without any update. What scam is this?
