For the past 6 months, we've been running a Minecraft server with flat gameplay and no tutorial… and honestly, it's been a DISASTER. From 1000 players at launch to just 15 on average.. Time for a complete overhaul

Almost a year of daily uploads on my YouTube channel, all dedicated to my Minecraft server ! The last 90 days have been pretty exciting Stats are looking great. It seems like around 0.025% of views convert into in-game players, which is awesome considering 2.1M views!
