We won an award🥳 Back in 2023, together with @KW1C, we helped kick-start digital identities in Dutch education to support the skills ecosystem. We implemented one of the first demos on this topic. Now, 2 years later, it is credited as the basis of many follow up projects!

[1/5] Recently, we presented our revolutionizing approach to eCommerce together with @Belastingdienst @KVK_NL @Thuiswinkelorg @Decathlon: 1⃣Mutual authentication to combat scam webshops 2⃣Passwordless Login 3⃣One-click sharing of information 4⃣ Verifiable data Check it out🧵

[5/5] So in one use case we increase mutual trust for both the user and the webshop, on top significantly improving the customer experience. Our new favorite use case for European Identity Wallets such as #UniMe.

[4/5] On top of that, we showed how you could auto-fill your information with 1 click in your #UniMe app. No more endless repeating the same forms. No more typo's and a more pleasant user experience. The webshop can also validate the information, increasing trust in the purchase!

@Tioariz Otherway around, this will only be available for #IOTA mainnet and whenever it upgrades to #IOTArebased. It has no support for EVM as #IOTA Identity is integrated on L1 directly.

[1/4] To make the #UniMe - Identity Wallet more accessible for early adopters and testers, we decided to publish UniMe to the public app stores for Android & iOS! #UniMe strives to be a fully eIDAS 2.0 compliant European Identity Wallet based on #IOTA #Identity
