End it. Nationalize the dollar completely and inflate. Allocate 1/3 of the premine to citizens, 1/3 to foreign allies, 1/3 to corporations in proportion to their citizen count. Actually abide by the constitution and stop debt-based monetary systems. Make the interchain policy.
