@InPixioPhoto where is your customer service? I’ve submitted multiple requests to get refunded because I realized after buying it that you have to load one image at a time and it will not work for me! Nobody will respond! Ticket 7086205. I’m about to call my bank and the BBB.

@InPixioPhoto Well I had a chat with online support. She couldn't have been less interested. Still waiting to hear back. I've emailed. They replied asking me to rate their support. No resolution, no care very disappointed. I presume if help isn't scripted it can't be given. I can't DM on X

@InPixioPhoto do not order this product. I ordered it and they have been automatically charging me for it for 3 years! They send a notice that they know will go to your spam folder. I contacted them and they refuse to refund the money even 1 day after it was charged.

@InPixioPhoto, Two annoying issues Inpixio has that it did not have before paying this year's fee. 1st is it signs out every 24 hours, which means logging back in each time I use it. 2nd is the undo arrow when editing deletes everything, not just the last mistake I made, WHY????

Nothing inspires me less than, for instance, a company like @InPixioPhoto, who get you to download and install an app, but you can't examine the test material properly because, after all that, you have to subscribe to do anything. In my opinion, nothing less than bandwidth theft.
