Great suggestions Egil! Those are really good exercises. Very good options to add to the routine, once the standard set up becomes habit. It's what I have done too. Started with just 3 exercises, then gradually added to it. Now I do more exercises, but still only 2-3 fullbody workouts per week, each lasting about 45 mins
