We once took some very pretty girls we wanted to impress to a friend’s birthday dinner at Lagos Motorboat Club and it was pure madness as if they had not seen pretty women before. Drunk guys were talking nonsense to us and asking how much we would take for the girls. They eventually got us kicked out because we were not members but the girls followed us out out of loyalty. These guys tracked and followed us to their house at Dolphin Estate with a Rolls-Royce and kept pestering them with unwanted gifts. They had too much time on their hands and too many people working for them. We are all married now but the guys are probably still there at the club pulling the same stunts.
